This case study was created for a class in crisis communications. I chose to focus on the food contamination crisis at Chipotle Mexican Grill in 2015. I analyzed the crisis, the corporate response and its effects on the restaurant chain. At the end of the semester, I presented my findings to the class and submitted a research paper. Surprisingly, this case study has not affected my cravings for or customer loyalty to Chipotle.
